Indian tourist visa is not normal now

Prannoy Kumar Verma, the Indian High Commissioner appointed in Dhaka, said that the tourist visa of the neighboring country India is not normalizing now.

In response to a question about the resumption of tourist visas in India, he said that visas are now being given to those who urgently need them. Because our manpower is less. That is why the issue of visa cannot be normalized. It will be possible to start if our operations are normal. But now emergency medical and student visas are being given. We especially give priority to those who are applying for a third country visa to India.

He said, we do not want anyone to suffer in such a trip. That is why the highest possible number of urgent visas are being given. Besides, Foreign Office Consultation (FOC) is also being discussed.
