No one can take credit for the July movement alone. Referring to this achievement of 18 crore people of the country, Shafiqur Rahman said that this movement was started 15 and a half years ago. In the last July movement, our children poured their fresh blood on the streets. We saw our children praying on the streets. This movement was not of any specific ideology. This movement was a movement for the liberation of people. The main achievement of this movement belongs to Allah. Our children have implemented this movement. 18 crore people of the country were with this movement. I do not want to divide this movement on the basis of any particular party. Now our acid test has started. The current government has taken the responsibility of fulfilling the patriotism that the youth have martyred and crippled to fulfill the country’s expectations. We as politicians also have a responsibility.
