Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, ‘Awami League has given cases and dead bodies from house to house, saying it will provide jobs from house to house. Awami League killed the people with weapons bought with people’s money. In the past 15 years, every citizen of the country has been a victim of Awami League’s oppression in one way or another.’
He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at the Jamaat-e-Islami rally organized by Chowkbazar police station at Bakshibazar prison convention center on Tuesday night.
Jamaat Amir said, “If Jamaat-e-Islami gets the responsibility of running the state, they will not identify themselves as rulers of the people, but as servants and servants.” Jamaat activists will be lifelong social workers.
Regarding the election, he said, ‘Those who say that the election will not be acceptable without the Awami League, I will tell them when the Awami League wanted the election?- One party election in 2014. Awami League doesn’t believe in democracy and elections. Awami League is afraid of elections, not only afraid but extremely afraid. That’s why the opposition cannot tolerate it. They want to remain in power for life by suppressing the opposition party. But the Awami League left the power and fled the country with the group, unable to survive the massacre of the student movement. Murderer Hasina’s son says, ‘Reform is not possible without Awami League.’
Those who have destroyed the country will participate in the reform of the country. Shafiqur Rahman said, ‘Reformation of the country is not possible with those who have killed and crippled the people of the country with the state forces and their own helmet forces with the terrorists of the Chhatra League, looted the country’s resources and built a mountain of wealth abroad, and put the burden of foreign debt on the shoulders of the people.’
Referring to them as enemies of the nation, he said, ‘There is no option but to resist them.’
Amir Jamaat also said, ‘We will be united for the national interest of Bangladesh. The party may differ but we will unite for the sake of the nation. No division will be tolerated. Later, the students united and announced the 1-point demand for Hasina’s resignation, just one day later, the dictatorship Hasina ran away for the country.’

Only the fascist Awami League did that. Not only the students but also the civilians were massacred. The state forces fired on the people of their own country from helicopters. Why has this massacre been carried out? – There is only one reason to keep Sheikh Hasina in power. Sheikh Hasina will need power. The administration has been turned into an Awami army. They not only killed the people but also burned the dead and injured people alive. This movement of students organized in July-August has written history in the world.

Noting that Jamaat-e-Islam is not guided by its own ideology, he said, ‘Jaamaat-e-Islami tries to uphold the laws of one God. Those who cannot accept Allah’s law are the ones who have turned Bangladesh into a prison for the last 15 years. People today have realized and roared, that man-made laws will not bring peace. To establish peace, Allah’s law must be established. He also announced that Jamaat-e-Islami will continue to lead in the establishment of an Islamic state by Allah’s will.
