After almost three months, Mirpur-10 metro station will be launched tomorrow

After being closed for 88 days, the Mirpur-10 station of Metrorail is going to be opened tomorrow Tuesday (October 15) to serve passengers.


Mohammad Abdur Rauf, managing director of the company, gave this information at a press conference organized at the head office of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) in Uttara district of the capital on Monday (October 14).

It should be noted that during the anti-discrimination movement, angry students vandalized Mirpur-10 and Kazipara stations on July 19. After that, metro rail movement became uncertain for a long time. After being closed for 37 days, the Metrorail was reopened on August 25.

However, Mirpur-10 and Kazipara metro rail stations were closed. Kazipara station was opened after 26 days. However, it was not possible to open Mirpur-10 station then.
