Four more people died of dengue from Friday morning to Saturday morning (in one day). At the same time, another 1,121 people were admitted to the hospital due to the virus.

It said that among the new admissions in the hospital, there are 146 people in Barisal Division, 149 in Chittagong Division, 184 in Dhaka Division (outside City Corporation), 270 in Dhaka North City, 179 in Dhaka South City, 112 in Khulna Division. Also, 44 new patients were admitted in Rajshahi division and 28 in Mymensingh division.
Meanwhile, 972 dengue patients have been discharged from hospitals across the country in the last one day. This year, 44 thousand 387 people have received clearance.
According to the Department of Health, a total of 48,582 patients have been admitted to the hospital since January this year. 241 people have died of dengue so far this year. In addition, 321 thousand 179 people were admitted to the hospital due to dengue last year. 1 thousand 705 people died.
